The main editor focuses on typing, styling and fullscreen display. Extra controls are grouped into expandable panels so a quick sign stays quick.

Messages, drawings and layout

Choose Message, Countdown, Clock or Drawing mode. Message sections share one style and can scroll or hold still. A scene saves a complete sign with its own settings. Use Creative tools → Templates for a starting message, then edit it to match your needs.

Draw with a finger, mouse or pen. Drafts save locally when a stroke ends; check the saved status before closing. Apply the drawing to the sign, or download a transparent PNG. Layout lets you drag, rotate and resize elements and align them to the centre guides.

Bilingual text is supplied by you, not translated automatically. Display a second language below the main line or alternate it using the selected language interval. Keep both versions short and check them in the actual display size.

Scenes, brands and music

Creative tools → Scenes stores up to 12 complete designs. Set a duration for each one, reorder them and choose automatic looping or manual cues. Optional day and time rules use the selected schedule time zone while the page stays open.

Brand kits keep colours, typography and a local logo without replacing your message. Local music uses a file from your device and does not use a microphone. Analysis changes light gently while audio plays. Songs are not included in project backups, share links or exported videos.

Select the right sharing method

A normal link or QR code is a settings snapshot and excludes local photos and drawings. A PNG is a finished still image. Video is a silent recording created locally. A .paaifai project includes editable drawings and image files for moving work to another device.

Remote rooms transmit text and commands through Cloudflare temporarily, for up to 30 minutes. Viewers cannot edit the controller’s sign. Select photos separately on a viewer device. A light wall uses a grid of devices and approximate server-time synchronization; it does not promise frame-accurate playback.

Offline use and device limits

Load the website fully online once so application files and fonts can be cached. Core editing and local scenes can then work offline. Remote rooms require a connection. Browser storage is tied to the domain and profile; clearing it removes local work.

Fullscreen, wake locks, audio playback and video formats depend on your browser and OS. Try a current Chrome, Edge or Safari and rehearse your complete workflow on the intended screen. Pause and reduced-motion preferences stop animation. Use backups before important events.
